In the heart of the colourful and famous harbour of Collioure, a stunning small port close to spanish border and Port-Vendres. As it is so near to the Spanish border there is a vibrant mix in the foods, where you can really see the catalan influence on this village's culture. And with many famous firework shows and other events which take place in the evening, merely writing about this place brings back shards of nostalgia for me, simply beautiful.
